i totally agree with the idea that even saying ‘i do not want [blank]‘ will lead to you eating it, it’s like the secret. only throw out into the world what you do want so that way only the good stuff comes to you.

what a great idea greg! i never thought of doing that. focusing on what i should eat is better than focusing on what i shouldn’t be eating, i tend to obsess over what i can’t eat then obviously i end up binging on it later. glad to have you as a part of this channel!

I like your way of thinking about fast food, etc. (i.e. thinking about the salad you want instead of dairy queen). I’ve recently been trying that myself and it does work! I’ve been feeling sick lately, so I decided to try going gluten free to see if that helps and sometimes when I want a food that has gluten, instead of perseverating about it, I just think of all the foods I like just as much or MORE and am glad I can be and feel HEALTHY and not have to obsess about the one thing I can’t have.
Sunday is my favorite day, cause it’s GregDay!!
Thank you so much for explaining your low carb plan, you are someone I can relate to 100% with food, my plan too is my own design for my body and the low carb is the lifestyle that works best with me, no spikes in insulin.
I don’t have cravings much, so I really have a host of food that I can eat and enjoy to the fullest and never feel deprived.
Enjoy your new position on WLL,l mentally we have to keep it balanced to continue on this journey.

i jsut came back to YT and the first thing i did was watch ur vids!!!! u inspire me so much this year has been bad in so many ways for me but so great in the way i have discovered myself and how to deal with things. youve done so well and im so glad ur on WLL!!!!
