trust me…potatoes are shit…ask any nutritionist…they have no vitamins, no nutritional properties…they’re just darn carbs and the MC Donalds ones (full carbs + fats)…OMG lethal…
Remember the “do it for yourself ” thing Greg kept on saying….this is the reason…IT’S FREAKING WORKING (just watch my last vid….the msixpackabs is my channel….lol)…I am almost there…almost a skinny bitch…

Next….1 workout / day….7 workouts / week….till the 21st of Dec and the struggle with eating decent (the hardest part of my journey).

remember to lose weight you must keep the body fuel..if you it little and workout 7 days a week..the results will be disappointing.. dont be afraid to eat…

is just e phase…the one I am telling my bod….look bitch…I feed you but you’d better use your own fat to give me the energy I need. it is about education….3 meals/day….os so maybe i skipp one but it is because I have my beloved coffeee (2pcs * 60cals each) and then I can no longer eat. Also one of the meals (the one before going to work) is the best one (almost 1000 cals)…and trust me..I burn them all. The cardio workout (one each 2 days) tells my bod to go burn its own fat for energy

between each cardio workout….upper/core/lower body strength (but never before 20 mins of cardio).
Why strength?…these muscles will help me with the calories burning….I need them…a lot.
The moment I’ll be happy with the weight…I’ll replace the strength workouts with weights. Let the muscles come to Daniel cause I need them to burn some daily calories for me.
I know long term twisted goal….weight loss and then weight gain (but in great looking muscles) THE PLAN

I disagree that you were “always an outsider” daniel. You were chosen for a reason, and the reason is that we love your videos. Like Shanti told you before, there is no “inside”, we all just know what we have to do and do it. you were included in everything that anyone else was.

I’m sorry you are leaving, but you have to do what’s right for you. <3 you…

You were great fun to watch as part of the WLL team! But glad to know you’ll still be around. I do understand if it’s an issue of not biting off more than you can chew – if only life had more than 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week! Good luck regardless! :)

Also, by the way… sometimes too much exercise can be self-defeating… and calibrating your diet properly becomes even more of an issue in that case because you have essentially become an athelete, and atheletes require a whole other realm of nutritional attention. So – if you are going to go gung-ho, make sure you adjust your diet accordingly (and I don’t mean “diet” in the weight-loss sense here!).

I am one of those who believe in God but just don’t mention it…I meant that I am doing so fine but am not able to talk about it. I do not have great experiences. When I decide to loose weight I just do it and that’s it. No more struggles no nothing just me and my weight loss story…no more cravings no more laziness. The next video I would have made would have been….”you lazy biatches…stop complaining and lose some darn weight”…not suitabl

And I completely agree about consulting a nutritionist before jumping into any eating plan. My nutritionist although I only met her a couple of times, made me take a food diary and noticed patterns in my eating that were hindering my weight loss and figured out an eating plan from there… plus “diet” is a 4 letter word. Its a lifestyle… not a diet.
