Mon 11/02 WLL … Cravings – Teas, Chocolate, and Potatoes!
This week we're answering the question:
FOOD/MIND: How do you fight cravings? Under stress? At night?
My answer is TEA, chocolate chips, and homemade potato chips. The potato chips are best when eaten fresh off of the plate after cooking. The chocolate chips need to be eaten ONE by ONE

I love your chocolate idea! I’ve been doing something similar but yours sounds a bit better.
I need a tea chef. The way I make my tea makes me feel nauseated every time. I think I hate tea.
And those potato chips sound …honestly… a bit gross cuz of the microwave. do you have another way of doing it in the oven that you would suggest?
Aww kitty! I swear every youtuber has a cat and it makes me sad cause I want one soo bad but my husband says no. I think I am going to try those potato chips. yum.
my cravings comes at time right before i go to sleep. im going try the potatoes. i like to eat cereal and i put sugar, i know its bad but i just like to sweet.
Great ideas:) I use the tea. Works the best for me! And CUTE KITTY!!
Maddy!! I think that’s what you decided on right?
Loveeee the tips! Thank you!
i loved this video and great idea about cravings! xoxoxo
Carry and sniff cinnamon sticks, cloves and other yummy spices… or, simply carry bags of tea that you like and sniff those…
))
I drank so much tea after watching this video.
Thanks, Shanti!
Hi Shanti! You hit the nail right on the head for me! I KNOW majority of my cravings is because I’m thirsty, yet I still graze on anything I can get my hands on. But I’m learning!
Thank you Shanti for the tea idea way back when. Vanilla Chai from Bigelow has changed my life and you reminded me how much I love Bangle spice. I noticed that Bigelow’s vanilla chai has soy lecithin in it, and at one point you mentioned you weren’t eating soy anymore. Do you still drink this particular tea?
And as I’m watching this… I am eating freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. Shame on me. <_<
