Reminds me of a book that I read that discussed the OSM (Oh S&^% Moment)…thanks for the positive encouragement!

I totally agree…I am still in that “learning” phase but the more I understand how it all works together the better I do. I couldn’t have said it better myself! You have been a great source of information and motivation for me and I thank you for that :o )

I got serious about losing when I saw a pic of myself and said OMGG..after I had already lost a bunch and I was STILL that big..at that moment I said f*ck this, Im done playing around. Then I did like you and educated myself. The AHA I CAN DO THIS moment was when I realized I had changed my eating habits and lifestyle to the point that healthy eating and exercise was no longer an issue or a question..its just my life. I would never go back 2 eating the way I did before :O) <3

I am still in the learning process too in terms of healthy eating and trying to eliminate my trigger foods – loving exercise again at last as I have found something I love to do – here’s hoping for a healthy looking me for the summer – I have 14 pounds to lose and never been heavier than this. Alcohol and sweets/cakes at work have been my downfall – no more!
