Potato chips and French Fries

For sure you don’t even know that the substance that replaced caffeine in decaffeinated coffee is now replaced by formaldehyde. Formalde…what? “Sounds familiar” you might say. You’re right, it’s the stuff they use for dead people. If you still value you’re health, STAY AWAY at all cost.

Fried Fish and Seafood

Yup you read it right, fish made it to the list, primarily because today’s fish from the oceans contain mercury. We all know shellfish eats by scouring the ocean floor for anything. Of course where would the harmful substance that these shellfishes ate go, straight inside our body.
