Love you in that hat! Great video. We all make excuses to eat the wrong foods. We do need to learn how to enjoy life and still practice moderation.

lol thanks! I just hate the top of my hair SO MUCH!! ugh…it can’t grow out fast enough. Yeah, it’s hard tho…but it is what it is…you kinda gotta accept it and work with it instead of against it. It’s tough tho…for sure.

Great video! I agree with everything you were saying and yes moderation!! Great loss this week and yay for the pants! I’m glad that you are feeling the healthy changes in your body and good for you for not using being sick as an excuse not to work out! =)

It’s really all relative, you know? For some people they need alot of structure, others need flexible structure, some need very little structure…this whole thing is such an individual thing isn’t it? :)
